It looks like the Resveratrol supplement industry got healthier at $30 million per year with media hype/help. But the REALITY MEETS SCIENCE (tm) of it is that it doesnt look like we are any healthier for focusing on it, or any one thing. So dont hyper-focus on any single micronutrient or magic pill – focus on your overall whole healthy eating pattern over the weeks, months and years and your total lifestyle/wellness because there is NO magic bullet... We have to combine healthy eating, healthy movement, healthy mind & social connections with good sleep (and if some Resveratrol finds itself in you with a touch of red wine here or there, so be it – just dont worship it)... in other words, it is not about any magic bullet. Its all about magic buckshot!
