It looks like we have one more really nice day of fall, before temperatures are expected to drop dramatically Tuesday. If you have heart disease or risk factors for heart disease, the change in weather should not be taken lightly. Dress in layers and limit exposure to the outdoors if you can. When exercising, it is better to stay indoors.
