It makes no sense for a person to go to work for 40+ hours every week and come home with less than $2000 a month. It makes no sense that working people still need additional help from the government or family members. I dont care how anyone dresses it up. It is called greed. Employers are only as successful as their employees. How can any employer go home and sleep well with more than enough, and the people who work tirelessly for them are up at night stressing on how they will pay bills and feed their children? I understand everyone has a role on the job and will not make as much as the owners, upper management, and administration. However, if you cant pay an employer managerial work, then do not expect managerial duties to be fulfilled by regular employees. Everybody has to eat. People should be paid according to the work that they do. That is stealing and GOD is not pleased with anyone who pays people less than what they would want themselves. If you are an employer of ANY KIND, and you cant function on the money your employees make... What makes you think they can? #Blessed2BeABlessing
