It makes sense if you think about it. Why would you sell revenue earning asset for a short term gain when those assets earn $2bn per annum where does that revenue then come from over the term of a 99 year lease those assets would conservatively earn $198bn and the Queenland taxpayer - our grandchildren and Ggrandchildren dont have to exorbitant amounts of money to buy them back. Effectively the LNP plan to lease assets is in reality a sale which I turn will increase the cost of power, water, and transport as profit driven will increase prices and sack staff whenever they want to increase profits. To protect our State, our descendants, and our way of life on January 31 number all the boxes on the ballot paper and put the LNP last.
