It may just be me but when bids are awarded to a Bank to which the Current Judge Executive has obvious family ties to that bank should be disqualified and precluded from the bidding process and not be allowed to bid on financing a county project so long as he is in office. Of coarse with the right old judge sitting on the ethics board and his family making money on it he will see no problem with it and allow it to continue. Wake up people!
