It only took me two days (plus some help from James) to figure out how to post a message. Not bad, but you would think that a one thumb texter would do better. Then I remembered that my first electronic device was a handheld AM transistor radio. Everyday I could listen to the latest songs, farm reports, lost dog reports, Catholic Daughters pot luck dinner dates, and volunteer fire fighter call outs from sunrise to sunset. Fast forward and I got a WalkMan and that was really cool. I am now able to share stream of consciousness ponderings plus important stuff with friends via a device that is smaller than my AM radio. I wish I could see into the future 40 years to a time when the smart phone has become the AM transistor radio. Wondrous times await us.
