It really saddens me that the profession of law enforcement officer is getting such bad publicity. I was brought to fear the police if I ever decided to break the law. I took a balloon from a store when I was 3 yrs old and I will always remember my mother telling me the police were going to come get me! Yes, she did! I learned my lesson, lol. Anyway, let your local police officers know how much you appreciate them putting their lives on the line every day in attempts to keep your town safe. Its not a glamorous profession.
