It regards the person or persons responsible for leaving the dog in the cage on madison road. its the cruelest most emotionally vacant thing you could do to another living being. your a MONSTER. People if you cannot care for your pets any longer for many different reasons. your moving and cant take it. you lost your job and cant afford it. etc etc etc there are Many optiins such as shelters rescues and other optiins that no pet should ever be abandoned in such a manner. prosecution by law is hardly a fair penalty for such an unthoughtful bastard. there will never be justice here so ill end my rant. christ you even could of took it out and shot it and killed it which would of been senseless but merciful.
