Can you tell I`m a little excited? lol Been over a week since last I went..too long for ths girl ;D Kids are on their way..lunch is pretty well packed, waiting on ice. Got my ribs n the crock pot..did a dry rub w/a little liquid smoke then paprika, garlic, red pepper flakes and a grindurown cracked paepper blend. Been sitting in that all night. Think I`m gona put a little beer in the bottom of the pot. (hx for the ideas Dina and Kimmiechee) Will let y`all know how they come out.
