It saddens me that there are always people (including preachers & politicians) who use FEAR to manipulate others. Ebola is a deadly disease. It has created a major crisis in Liberia, Guinea, & Sierra Leone BUT the only crisis in the USA is fear-mongering. FACT - Thomas Duncan contracted the disease in Liberia, not in America. FACT - the only two persons whove contracted the disease in the USA were healthcare workers handling Mr. Duncans bodily fluids while he was extremely ill. For these precious people and their families that is a tragedy. BUT, NO ONE ELSE has been infected, not Duncans girlfriend who he was living with, no one else living in the same house, no one on the flight with him to America, NOT ONE. As persons of FAITH, we should be in prayer for those affected & infected and send donations to legitimate relief agencies. BUT, people PLEASE stop hyping up fear in people. Lets be wise, sober-minded and mature. Go on and LIVE LIFE to the FULLEST!!! (But remember to wash your hands frequently. Its FLU season.)
