It says something about the membership of the NYC PBA that they have chosen Pat Lynch as their representative. I watched the coverage of his tirades as well as the on camera presences of the official police department standing around Mayor de Blasio and also at press conferences and something is glaring in the images. The Administrative ranks of the NYPD have an over representation of aging White men. Its poignant that there are NO White women of any significant rank in the OPERATIONAL T/O of the PD. But, I imagine thats true in every city. For the most part the boys feel awkward with ladies around. They cant fully express themselves. They cant do REAL BUSINESS. There are a few brown skinned WHITE MEN now and within a few years well see some other flavors as well. Theres going to be a significant Asian and East Asian community in the PD as well. So Lynch and his tribe are seeing the hand writing on the wall. Thats the problem. They cant imagine a new department which would allow them the ridiculous excesses and unequal rewards they have routinely given to their tribe. But, the side effects of their tribal hierarchy have devastating consequences. The rolls of victims is reprehensible in its very existence. The range of crimes by policemen against these civilians is a lexicon of dire and villainous act; including murders. There have from time to time been contract killers operating within NYPD. We never know until their operation breaks down. There is no way to know if or how many operate in the city now. At the heart of ALL THE POLICE OUTRAGES, is this passing of the demographic baton. The defining majority in America is going into flux. The European colonial infusion of identity has long since become stable in its reproductive activities and now other communities which are more fecund gain inexorable dominance in numbers. This leads to the question, which is like the love that dare not speak its name. If THEY get in charge of things, how will they treat US? Will THEY settle scores with US? Will THEY take from OUR CHILDREN, the things we have taken from their families and passed down? The great difficulty with being faced with this quandary, is what you believe in. What are your values? Are your hands clean? But, understand this. What America is going through happens regularly in nations. When you draw a border over an area on a map, its not the real land. Your borders line isnt a wall in the real world. People cross over it as they will. Who is inside today may be different tomorrow. There were tens of millions of people here before the Europeans came, less than 600 years ago. Now their descendents have acquired immunities to European diseases and many would like this hemisphere back. I know thats hard for you. It was hard for their ancestors too. But, your forebears kings wanted gold and they knew how to convert arms, whips, and religion into it. Things have never been the same since. But, change is inevitable. So, at some point the people sitting at the head of the table will either change or progressives can get that darn ROUND TABLE finished in time. Im hoping for the ROUND TABLE. It allows sharing instead of dominance. And dominance is so, 1492.
