It seems Ive traveled more than a few Interstates, highways, gravel roads, dirt roads and turn rows in my more-than-a-few lifetimes. The images in this slideshow are a snapshot of the last few weeks Ive spent in East Central Mississippi, very close to the place where my maternal great-grandparents farm was located, Tibbee, just south of Westpoint. These images were shot in Noxubee, Neshoba, and Winston Counties on, or off of, Hwy 25, Hwy 45, and Hwy 14. I spent more than twenty-five years returning to Lake Forest Ranch (where the last few shots were taken on Shadow Lake). My children grew up on that lake, learned to fish on the pier, and rode the horses (or those like them) in the pasture by the lake.
