It seems like every time Im getting ready for a photo shoot, Im also doing a massive project at the same time. Anyone else here bite off more than the can chew? The show must go on... Heres this morning workout... STRENGTH CIRCUIT to GET YOU SHREDDED. Heres how this works. You give yourself a set number of GOAL REPS for each exercise. Pick a weight around your 10 RM for each exercise. Do as many rounds as it takes to complete this workout. If you choose the right weight, on the final rounds youll be doing doubles or triples... Keeping my weights heavy for me seems to really be helping me keep my muscle in tact while cutting. A1. Heels elevated DB Squats A2. Pull Ups A3. Horizontal back extensions w/ weight A4. DB Incline chest press Take 45 seconds in between each exercise and do as many rounds as possible until you hit 65 reps on each. May sound easy... Its NOT!
