It seems like everyone has a need for speed these days. We’re going-going from the moment we get out of bed in the morning until we collapse into it again at the end of the day. We talk on the go, think on the go and we eat on the go… and while we know it’s important to make more time for ourselves in order to be healthy, when it comes to eating in particular, going slow may be vital when it comes to body weight.
