It seems like she is on the mend. She slept well last night (when they werent in here poking and prodding her). This morning around 5 she pulled out her ng tube. They were going to put a new one back in but I asked them if we could try bottle feeding today. The doctor agreed and she drank (and kept down) 4 ounces!!!! So hopefully shell continue to tolerate the feedings and we wont need that terrible tube down her nose. Her Stats are much better today with both her heart rate and respiratory rate closer to a normal range. They just turned down her high flow one notch so no we will watch her O2 stats to see if she tolerates the decrease. She has given me a few half smiles, is making some occasional sounds, and plays with toys for a few minutes. Shes still pretty tuckered out but she did manage to melt my heart with a meak little mama!.
