It seems so simple, and yet so many people operate on the basis of their fears. How many of these universal fears do you identify with that hold people back? What are you afraid of? . . . 1) The UNKNOWN - As humans we are creatures of habit, and although not everybody acts on it to the same extent, most of us are afraid of the unknown... right down to always going to the same restaurant and ordering the same thing on the menu. The KEY IS being on to yourself... do not let inner fear stop you from exploring new possibilities. *The only way you can grow and improve your life is to step outside your comfort zone and welcome the unknown. 2) PAIN - Nobody likes pain, and its not strange that we will do everything we can to avoid it. Yet, when thoughts of being in pain are so dominantly present that they prevent you from taking action, its time to CHANGE your FOCUS. In many cases the pain caused by thinking about the possibility of pain is worse than actually experiencing it. *Pay attention to the thoughts that run rampant in your mind... are you controlling them in a positive way or are they controlling you in a negative way? 3) LOSS - Being afraid of losing somebody you love, your house, your job, or your business... in every case the fear of loss takes away from enjoying what you have NOW. Its understandable to be concerned when people around you get laid-off, but it wont do you any good to be anxious about something that may or may not happen. Having a high vibration of fear increases your chances of manifesting that which you are afraid of. *Take each day and focus on living in Love, Peace, Joy, Prosperity and Hope... create your day each day with Gratitude for what you have NOW 4) JUDGMENT - Sometimes fear of judgment means that that our greatest ideas are buried without ever having the chance to grow into something incredible. Have the courage to be yourself. You can overcome the fear of judgment by viewing other peoples comments as feedback, or just their opinion - nothing more. *Through lessons on this subject... I found tools which have assisted me greatly... Learning the fine art of non-attachment and learning not to take things personally. This (like all tools) is very much worth taking the time to understand the true skills in allowing this process to unfold. 5) SUCCESS - This fear may seem somewhat odd... you may wonder Why would I be afraid of Success? And yet, it is more prevalent than you might think. Some people dont follow through on projects or sabotage relationships (often subconsciously), when they feel that the next level of success is more than they can handle. This fear is related to the fear of the unknown, and is closely tied to self-doubt. If we dont feel we are deserving of success, we are more likely to somehow prevent ourselves from achieving it. *REST ASSURED... We are ALL Deserving!! 6) FAILURE - Every successful person can tell you that they have failed more times than anyone else. It all boils down to your perception of failure. When you see every time you fail as a learning opportunity and a stepping stone, the fear of failure will have no power over you. FAIL FORWARD FAST... isnt that how we all learned to walk? You will come to realize that as long as you learn from the experience, making mistakes really isnt such a big deal. *It is part of the road to success ~ keep in mind; FEAR is nothing more than misuse of the imagination. Dont let fear paralyze you... take that fear and LET IT MOTIVATE YOU! Written by; Greg S.
