It seems that many common ideas on finding happiness center around a few common activities - 1.) gratitude ~ this can be accomplished in different ways, but keeping a journal helps; 2.) meditation (including breathing exercises) ~ 3.) random acts of kindness. Personally, I would love to learn how to meditate. I already believe in the positive changes keeping a "journal" can have in life - and want to try writing down on paper all the things I am grateful for on a daily basis. It can only help to see in writing all the blessings I take for granted each day. :-)
