It seems that someone has read my many posts on this and the Government of India finally moved, but not enough. All flights and passengers originating from West Africa must be screened carefully and passengers watched for physical symptoms. Isolation tents and virus detection kits must be arranged at all international airports. In particular Bombay and Delhi. Airlines like Emirates offer connections to and fro from many West African cities via Dubai and the flight manifests will indicate this. Such lists must be provided before the flights land so that pre-screening can be facilitated so as to not inconvenience other passengers. Such passengers must have special counters for immigration checks and facilitation.
