It seems the lowest paying jobs require the most crap in order to apply. First they have you upload a resume and then they make you fill out an application. WHY UPLOAD THE DAMN RESUME THEN?? So in all of the fields of the application, I copy and paste See Resume. THEN they subject you to some very long and completely IRRELEVANT personal survey! STUPID questions like I like trying to figure out a co-workers mood. WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH PULLING A STUPID OIL PLUG AND CHANGING AN OIL FILTER???? The choices were: Strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. Needless to say, I clicked neutral on all of the questions. They say that there is no right or wrong answer and I say. WHY ARE YOU ASKING THEM THEN?? They are OBVIOUSLY right or wrong to SOMEBODY or else they wouldnt be asking them as a condition for employment! This means they LIE to you right off the bat and EXPECT you to be a dumb little sheep and answer those STUPID questions. But that wasnt all.................... They went into another 18 pages listing STUPID questions like Joe has twelve hot dogs and Jim has ten, how many buns will Jim have to buy in order to have as many as Joe? It is multiple choice so I couldnt give the correct answer because it wasnt listed and that answer is: Who says Joe has ANY buns? It was at this point where I just closed that tab and walked away from it. They have my resume and if they want me, they know where to reach me. I could only imagine the flaming hoops they would expect me to jump through if I got hired.
