It sounds odd to feel sorry for a car but after putting so much work and time into my 94 Defender overfinch I wanted a good home for her. Unfortunately it has been purchased by tara mines where it will spend the rest of its days carrying miners many meters below the surface. It will have a roll cage fitted and will be steel plated below to stop ree bar coming through the floor and impaling some unfortunate miner. I suppose it will now do what defenders are best at Hard work. They also said that if it was a td5 or puma they would not be interested in buying it. They only use tdis. We can fix them I was told. Anyhow good luck to the new owners.
