It truly brought tears to my eyes to hear that “O Canada” was played before The Pittsburgh Penguin and Philadelphia Flyers game tonight to pay tribute to our dear fallen Canadian soldier Corporal Nathan Cirillo who was cowardly shot and killed while standing guard at our capitals war memorial earlier today in Ottawa. Corporal Cirillo served proudly with the Hamilton Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. It truly breaks my heart to think that this incredible human being with such pride, love and devotion for his loved ones, friends, his fellow comrades and the country that he loved has to leave behind the ones that he so dearly loved and without any last good byes truly leaves me lost for words and breaks my heart. God Bless Canada, Britain,The United States Of America and the rest of the blessed free world. For it is the brave and selfless souls such as Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, our First Responders, R.C.M.P, the security staff at our Parliament buildings, the Ottawa police department and of course our Canadian Forces men and women that protect and sacrifice for all of us, so that we may have the luxury, privilege and right to live in these countrys of freedom and peace as we do. God Bless you all for your acts of bravery and selflessness for others. Please let us remember this young man, this young soldier, this father, husband, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend to many, and let us not remember the evil coward that took his life today and took him away from all that he so loved, for such evil does not deserve the right, the glory or acknowledgement for his evil deeds. Go with God brave soldier for your tour of duty upon this earth is done. Go with God and enter into his kingdom of glory that he has prepared for you for all times. We will remember you, we will never forget you. Lest We Forget. Rest In Peace Cpl. Nathan Cirillo
