It was 1999, that sounds about right. I was cruising along in my big wheel when I realized... man, Im too old for this. My neighbor, I think he may have been about two years older, had this minibike that was super cool. I decided I should devise a plan to hijack this piece of equipment and make it my own. As a 7 year old kid, I suppose I wasnt the best at creating a foolproof plan to steal a gasoline powered small motorcycle, but I was intent on making this device my own. It came down to the afternoon when I noticed the family had gone from the house. I watched them leave as I was peering through my sun room window. This was my chance. I checked to see if my dad was watching, he wasnt, so I slipped through the kitchen door and ventured to the backyard where this minibike was kept. I got within inches of this bike, awe stricken. I was about to ride a glorious small motorcycle and look like a total badass. It was here where everything suddenly went wrong. I sat on the minibike, proceeded to attempt to start it... and oh. my. god. You will never guess what happened next. But its getting late, I suppose this story will need to be continued at a later date.
