It was Thursday, 6th November 2014, time 2:30 am late night, My Father Mr. Dadu khan s\o Sunboul Khan Left us sad. He peacefully passed away at the age of 95 years at his Home Town Shishkat Gojal Upper Hunza, Gigit Baltistan, Pakistan. He was well known Musician and Iron Engineer of his time in Gojal Hunza. He served the region for more than 80 years. He had thirst for education, therefore he taught his all sons and daughters, he personally financed all his children and produced some four postgraduates from the well known universities of Pakistan and he set the minimum education standard up to the graduation in our family. He taught us patience, friendliness and good to the others. I am proud to be his Son. I am thankful to my friends, relatives, and people of shishkat, Gojal, Hunza, Gilgit, Gizer who expressed their condolences by visiting us at our home Town and pray for the soul for his eternal peace. We the Family of Dadu khan express our deepest gratitude for the people of Gojal, Hunza, Gizer and Gilgit for paying tribute to the services of our late father for the entire region. Many thanks for social media i.e Mountain online and Mountain TV. I personally apologize for not responding timely to the condolence calls and messages from friends, and relatives outside Pakistan, as I was busy in the last ceremonies of my late Father. Please pray for the eternal Peace of the soul of my late father. May his soul rest in Peace (Aameen)
