It was a day to remember at the beautiful GoGo squeeZ Stadium at Riverside Yards. Game 1 of the 2 game series was not your typical wiffle classic as the 3 home runs by JP was not nearly enough as Ben had 8 home runs and Ryan delivered 3 of his own to give the Puffins a 19-4 victory. Game 2 would not be nearly the same level of intensity. The Puffins soared ahead to an early 6-0 lead with long balls by Ryan and Ben. However this time, the Cat would claw back using a Grand Slam by JP to cut it to 6-5. The Puffins and Cat would go at it for innings taking it to 10-9 in the 8th. Ben Greer would deliver a 1 out Grand Slam to make it 14-9. But yet again, Cat would fight. JP saved the Cat with an over the shoulder home run rob to keep the game at 5. JP and Will delivered 9th inning homers to make it a 14-12 affair. However, JP Guidon would ground out as the potential winning run and the Puffins would win 14-12 in what some are calling one of the greatest games ever played.
