It was a great spring training autograph day! I got Albert Pujols (was primary focus), Josh Hamilton, CJ Wilson, Mike Scioscia, Tyler Skaggs, Ernesto Frieri, Arte Monero, and a couple others. I was able get several home run balls from batting practice which I ended up handing out all but 1 so a couple of kids and a lady and her daughters from Kankakee could get Pujols autograph. The Kankakee folks were in town to watch their twin sons who pitch for Northwestern Illinois University. Several of the colleges are having games in town. They were insistent I take money for the baseballs and the pictures I took for them but told them it is all about making the memory for them and not the cash.
