It was an excellent session with Mr. Ram Narayan Shrestha, an young scholar and phd researcher of Nepal. He is the first international public speaker of DURC. We are quite lucky with his presence among us. As Nepal is our close neighboring country and we have a very friendly and amicable relations with Nepal, we hope we will continue sharing our views together and we grow and develop together. We can learn from each other. In spite of the holiday the presence was more than we expected. More than 20 participants joined the lecture and all of them gave their pointed and unique input. We expect to carry on such joint programs with our neighboring countries and their intellectual body. We are living in such an age where isolated development is not possible. And problem in one neighboring country is a problem of our country as well. We need to develop a strong understanding on the weakness of our neighbors and we also must study their strength. Thanks to those who attended the lecture!
