It was bound to happen at some point... We are in the ER, Lexie has a 102 fever and a severe headache. She will be admitted for at least 48 hours for IV antibiotics and blood cultures. But we are stuck here until the fever is gone and she wont be starting her next round of chemo on Friday. Trying not to feel discouraged or worried but between the lack of sleep and all the baggage I carry its a struggle. Please pray for Lexies fever to break and a short hospital stay. Ill keep you posted.
