It was dark when I woke up this morning. The girls are asleep upstairs. As I quietly shuffled across the kitchen floor with a cup of cherry coffee I looked over at the cat sitting on a tall stack of sales ads that had come in the mail and for a second, a split second, it felt like Christmas. Its funny how little things can trigger subconscious reactions. Christmas is 2 months away and yet it is already creeping up on me. I could use a new tie, a bowling ball and a can of Simonize car wax. Thanks A Christmas Story. Youll shoot your eye out. Ho...Ho...Ho.
