It was great to have a day off today. Sharing quality time with family is good and this time of year brings much to think about. Absent friends are very much on everyones minds and it can be quite emotional. Had a visit today from John Murdo Macfarlane in the morning and Marion Maclean in the afternoon and it was so good just to sit for a while and just have a good old fashioned yarn. We probably dont do enough of this in our lives and I really enjoyed it. The pace of life is fast and as I get older its nice to have time out. I wish you all the very best of health and happiness for Xmas and in the year ahead and thank you for being part of my year in 2014. Friends, neighbours and family, ALL THE BEST TO YOU!
