It was indeed Finnish. Not only was this before cheap home printing, but also before Google Translate made jobs like this so much easier! Back then, we had to send our menu to the Finnish embassy in Dublin to get it translated by fax - remember those? The joy of seeing the translated menu fed back to us through this ancient relic was soon replaced by sadness for Tricia, who then had to spend 2 hours writing out 10 copies of this indecipherable alphabet soup before the guests arrived.
