It was so frustrating the lack of authorities to enforce traffic, but considering the number and flow of people and vehicles in relation to the number of uniformed personnel, makuri talaga ma manage. I saw a policeman just on post without initiating to ease the traffic. Probably just waiting for orders or just plain he ddnt know what to do. We are riding in a single motorcycle but it was better to walk.
