It was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas but on returning to work today my lovely low fronted, wide lapelled, double breasted dove grey waistcoat was waiting for me. Saw one identical to this in a shop in Charing Cross Road back in September. Asked the guy who runs the shop (and hand makes all the waistcoats) how much it was. The one in the window was too small for me and was £180..but if I wanted one custom made it would be £240..but because of my size and build it would be £280. The one that arrived today was also custom made...I had to send all sorts of measurements (including height and weight). Total..inc postage from China..£38. *smug mode*
