It was very difficult for me to go to work like nothing was wrong. Everyone kept asking about mom and it just kept building inside. I know everyone meant well and that they are very worried, it was just hard. I wanted to just walk out and cry, but Vinny came up to me and told me it was Ok to take breaks if I needed and that he knew I was trying to stay strong and work. So I turned it into fuel and got on that phone like I had no care in the world and somehow I managed to get 3 decent appointments. I am very proud of myself for staying strong. I dont know how mom manages to keep such high spirits and a straight face. This is tearing me down.
