It will be most interesting to see what reason the SWs come up with in order to explain Matts departure. Even though we had not heard a single word from him in many months, on the surface there appeared to be no obvious problem between Lillllllllllian and Tiger. But of course Matt could still be hurting from her assignations with Paul, and was just awaiting for the perfect opportunity to flee. Lil I An has yet to mention, ( what was her name, Anthea, the female employed to run the office) but then again perhaps she is now assisting Matt in Costa Rica. It is well known that Matt has always been ready to do deals without ever involving his beloved, consequently it is possible, just like the Russian debacle, one has has gone seriously wrong necessitating that he leg it quick! Whatever explanation is invented, the biggest question of all is, will DaffoIil be left almost penniless and need to find gainful employment having first managed to cash in on the assets she has left. If this is the case, I think that it highly likely that a position could be found for her to run the village shop, once the current manageress is found to be wanting! Of course Sean Connery aka James Bond could be pulling all our legs, and that the rumours of a rift between him and the actor were all manufactured, and that Matt will reappear in the not too distant future a multi millionaire, all guns blazing and ready to usurp JE as Lord of the manor, and bestowing upon Puss Cat the title of Queen Bee, oh how her sister would relish that prospect!
