It will soon be time to kick off our first Craft & Gift Fair! We have a few minor changes this year. First is our name change to Westfield Craft & Gift Fair. We are also changing the closing time to 3:00 PM. If any of you have pictures of your booth, I could use a few to post on the page and will keep them on there this season for free as long as you attend the sales. Finally, we have a new e-mail address: westfieldcraftfair@gmail. We will be holding our first sale on Saturday, November 8. The cost is $25 for a 10’ x 10’ space; you keep all your profits. First come first served, no more than one vendor from each company. Admission is free to the public. Please note that due to the venue we are using, we are unable to sell jewelry or makeup. If you have any questions concerning this, please contact me. You will need to provide your own tables or shelving for setup. No nails, tacks, or anything that would leave any kind of marking may be used to fasten anything to the wall. Please let me know if you need electricity and what you will be hooking up. Setup is at 7:00 AM on November 8. Doors will open to the public at 9:00 AM and close at 3:00 PM. I will need to have payment by November 1, 2013. You can mail your check or money order to Union Bible College Ed. Dept., PO Box 900, Westfield, IN 46074 or drop it by 434 S. Union St., Westfield, IN. Booths will be assigned according to the number of previous sales attended and the order in which payment is received. I will post booth assignments on the Facebook page the week of the sale.
