It would seem that Npower are still very much monitoring this page. One of the people on here who has a long running valid complaint recently had a visit from Meter Plus. This person was accused of “jumping on the bandwagon because of all the bad press on Facebook” Well Npower for your information there is absolutely nothing on this page which is not the truth. The posts on this page are mostly links to verified newspaper articles and stories of YOUR customers (or hopefully ex-customers) disgraceful customer service. We will continue to inform the public of your shocking service and where possible give advice to get proper accurate bills. This is after all what you should be doing as a matter of course. For the record, your SAP system is unable to ACCURATELY work out complex meter billing and so is not fit for purpose. For this reason alone you should be barred from reporting your customers to Credit Reference Agencies.
