The main duties of the position are: Handling Italian incoming/outgoing client enquiries; Providing prospective clients with detailed information about our services; Addressing client queries; Transferring calls to relevant departments and liaising with the Sales/Technical teams when required. Skill levels required: Italian speaking; Prior experience in a call centre or sales environment; Excellent communication skills; Experience of/interested in Information Technology; Able to work under pressure. A real enthusiasm and willingness to learn will also be a requirement for consideration for this position.
