Italy is one of the most cultured countries I have had the opportunity to live in. This picture was taken at a beach restaurant on a town on the Gulf of Gaeta, My family and I was having a late lunch on one of the beautiful winter mornings. While I was waiting for the real meal to arrive I just thought wow!, These olives looks good, as I always do since living in this part of the world I take a moment to capture the food that I get served. This was the outcome of that memory. And as always I say to myself silently, these people may think I’m crazy American, always taken pictures of my food before consumption.
