Italy is the only country with 4 cities (well theyre 3, because Rome and Vatican City are in the same place), and Venice is even 1st. ...sure this list is about a touristic point of view and doesnt consider the people living in these places, or Rome wouldnt be there... Also, you have to be careful to gondolieri and restaurants, trying to make you pay MUCH more, especially if you look like a tourist... And Milan got worse with the communist mayor, anyway the best in Milan is hidden...
