Its A Trial From Allaah. Allaah promised to Test those who - TopicsExpress

Its A Trial From Allaah. Allaah promised to Test those who believe in him with various things, and the degree or severity of the Test depends on the strength of the individuals claim to faith. So Allaah says: Do the people think that they will be left to say, We believe and they will not be tried? But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars. [Q29:2-3] For some, life cant be more challenging than having a child with some form of physical or health challenges, especially the female child. Whenever I see a female child with disabilities such as blindness, mental disorder, deafness etc, what comes to my mind is the kind of trauma that usually accompanies living with such a child on her parents. There are some with health problems that makes it almost impossible for such children to do virtually anything by themselves. The extension I give to such thought is, these children, like every other normal child, usually hope to grow up some day and settle down in matrimony, without having the slightest clue the impediment(s) their situation could possibly cause them. Their pains only comes in, when they grow up and their peers start getting suitors from all angles, while their own parents struggle to convince a good samarittan among the believing men to marry them, and hope for their reward with Allaah for the Jihaad, even when its evident only few are prepared for such a Jihaad. If the parents of such children pass through all the pains and sleepless night to keep them happy, how many men or women are ready for such huge sacrifices without neglect or abuse? This is the pain. My heart goes to all parents facing some of these challenges. May Allaah continue to assist you to give the best to such children and reward you with paradise.
