Its Boxing Day and of course, Day 5 of our Random Act of Fitness! Time to look a little silly today with doing Fire Hydrant Kicks. Despite looking silly, this is a great exercise to work on that butt! So, get down on all fours and do some Fire Hydrant Kicks.
