Its Crunch time this week and ready for the grind. The Cactus Classic Tournament is coming up this weekend. Make sure to make it every day for class. Sparring Tip: There is 3 types of fighters when you compete 1. The Runner 2. The Aggressor 3. The Waiter . Here is how to deal with the Aggressor. You dont want to match the Aggressor with same style especially if they are bigger and stronger than you. Set them up use their aggression against them. Move away and counter. Now by moving away I dont mean running away per say but circling out and than countering.
