Its FESTIVUS!!!! Put up your Pole, get your Grievance list written, hope youve been training for the Feats of Strength! My meal is planned: Start with Shrimp( the ocean called); then Mulligatawny Soup and Marble Rye and Big Salad! Then out comes the Festivus Meatloaf Log, I usually cook up some Paella and Mutton to go along with the meal( for those they dont like meat- log). We end the meal eating the Black and White cookie and Babka( chocolate or Cinnamon of course- no lesser Babkas for Festivus!) We then sing the Festivus anthem- Its Festivus Across the Land! ( music stolen by Felix Bernard for Winter Wonderland) Grievances aired are you listening, at the dinner meatloafs glistening, a beautiful sight were happy tonight , Its Festivus across the land! Standing there, is an old pole, unadorned its a strong pole. It stands straight and tall, as we go along, its Festivus across the land! In the living room we can wrestle and try to pin head of the household, Hell say are you ready , well say no man. But I will do my best to pin you down! Later on,well conspire as we air grievances by the fire, to face unafraid, the gripes that weve made. Its Festivus across the land!
