Its GAME ON here in Luxembourg as the Junior Culinary Team begins the Hot Program. They started at Noon LUX time or 6am EST. They are cooking until 5pm LUX or 11am EST being judged on technique and safety all the while. At 6pm LUX or Noon EST service begins to the diners who have bought tickets. The team will continue to be judged on technique and safety but also on flavour and doneness. Its all told a 14 hour marathon in this, the final stage of the competition. #gocanadago #ncjrteamcanadaca
