Also the torquing/separation is exceptional, but others who try that are over rotating - hard to teach/do. With the stride and torque combined, the armcock timing is almost inevitable and the late release point is always effective. However what they dont do is discuss two things - the elbow angle prior to cocking and release and the elimination of the old-school up and back L. Those, too, are key and need to be looked at by more players and coaches.
