You might be lucky enough to be somewhere with sand underfoot, you might be toiling away in an office with synthetic carpet... Either way - spend some time walking and concentrating on the feel of the textures underfoot. If your mind wanders to other subjects, notice what those thoughts are, and - without self judgement - return your mind and focus to the sensation of the ground underfoot.
