Its OFFICIAL!!! Its OFFICIAL!!!! I am OFFICIALLY READY TO BE A GRANDMA!!! Just in time too!!! HaHa!! I just created a brand new recipe, something Ive been wanting to do for a long time. I call it Heavens Sweet Pickled Eggs and with the leftover brine used for some cucumbers for the fridge. Okay, I get to wait about two weeks now and test them out!! Yippee!! Also I am working on my first quilting project for my lil grandson!! Its kind of being created by faith and I have come up with some ideas, but I really have no idea how to do it, I am just gonna start with what I have and see where it leads. My granny Johnson used to make awesome quilts but no one in my family legacy ever put up pickled eggs. Yummy and a good source of protein!! I have seen and heard of picked eggs for a long time, but they were all sour. So I created a recipe that would be sweet/sour and I hope it comes out delish!! Kind of like a deviled egg in a Mason Jar!! Ha Ha!! So the first batch yielded three jars with 6 eggs in each. Gotta run up to the depot and get some more labeling tape though. I had fun and Sarah Elaine helped me mix, pack the jars and pour!! :) Praise the Lord for such fun projects! OOOOkay so getting ready for tonights dinner now.....Dessert first: Creme of Coconut cake (that recipe I saw the other day)!!! Can t wait!! Creamy Vinaigrette Shells Salad (A new creation and Oven BBQd chicken. I am hungry cant you tell!! :)
