I know watching people with high (meaningless) titles given by the good ole boy system, that cash in every year on bonuses of 10K or more due to your INSANE work ethic and ability to be a peacemaker of 1000s of men on a construction site is difficult to endure job after job. Look at this way, they argue over who gets you and where to send you next, because they all know that Troy on their job is a slam dunk and they will shine with their project coming in under budget and in less time, (and no loss time injuries or deaths) hence, ensuring their bonuses, and well, ultimately maintaining your stellar resume!
