Its Opening Day in baseball. I used to go to every one of the Baltimore Orioles back in the 80s, a nice streak at the time. My oldest was born on Opening Day, 1984 (April 2nd) and I had tickets. As it got closer to game time, I foolishly implored the wife to speed up her labor and deliver already. Her head spun around three times slowly and then spewed green goo like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. She croaked, Get rid of the f*cking tickets! I gave them to the nurse. So much for the streak.
