Its PKD Awareness Day! Unfortunately, this kidney disease runs in my family. It has been through the generations. I now have my grandma, dad, aunt, and a cousin who have been diagnosed. Since my dad has it, there is a good chance my siblings and I could have it as well. Should I have it, it can be passed on to my children. Hoping for cures in the next 30 years to give my kids a chance. As of right now, the only cure is a transplant. Help spread the awareness...#PKDAwarenessDay
